The Resistix® strength training program is a new mechanically advanced muscle strength and conditioning system. The training system entails a vast selection of specially designed exercises which creates RAW power. All training techniques and exercises are performed with the piece of equipment known as Resistix®. The results are world class. The system can be used by beginners up to advanced athletes.


To understand the Resistix training system you must first delete all ideals, patterns, and styles. In fact you may even have to throw away concepts of what is or isn’t ideal in exercise because Resistix is about attitude – it is easy to teach one to be skillful, but it is difficult to teach him or her their own attitude. You have to approach Resistix with the intentions of mastering your will power and the desire to achieve physical excellence. 


Training is one of the most neglected phases of athletics. Too much time is given to the development of skill and too little to the development of the individual for participation. Training not only deals with an object, but with the human spirit and human emotions. It takes intellect and judgment to handle these delicate qualities.


Resistix provides the psychological and physiological conditioning an individual must have when preparing for intense neural and muscular reaction. It implies discipline of the mind, and the power and endurance of the body. Mind and body unification! This style of training deals not only with the things that will build the body up but also the things that will break the body down, Improper training can result in serious injury. Resistix will enhance, increase, and further develop the basic qualities needed for physical fitness activities. Speed, endurance, power, agility, accuracy, coordination, precision, balance, body feel, form, economy of motion, vision, awareness, timing, attitude and concentration, just to name a few.


This program delivers a structured guide towards optimum fitness (cardiovascular, cardiorespiratory, strength, and flexibility) and it will also develop the muscles needed to enhance your overall physical attributes; muscles like ligaments, tendons, joints, the stabilizer muscle as well as the primary target muscles of the upper body i.e. biceps, triceps, etc. This method of resistance training is highly effective. When it is used correctly & effectively you will instantly feel your strength developing. Your journey begins with learning and mastering the four basic exercises used to develop the power needed to advance throughout this system. The 4 basic exercises are 1) THE STABILIZER HOLD, 2) THE PUSH-PULLS, 3) THE FRONT CLIPS, & 4) BACK CLIPS (Refer to the video). The harder you train, the stronger you become!
